1. Booking Agreement
A booking is only confirmed once the required advance payment has been received and a confirmation voucher has been issued by our team. Verbal agreements or pending payments do not constitute a confirmed booking.
2. Itinerary Changes
While we strive to adhere to the published itinerary, Ahobilam Tours reserves the right to modify the schedule, transportation, or accommodation due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, temple closure, traffic, or vehicle breakdowns. We will always strive to provide a comparable alternative.
3. Traveler Responsibilities
- Travelers must carry valid original Government ID proofs (Aadhar, PAN, or Voter ID) as required by hotels and checkpoints.
- Travelers are responsible for their own personal belongings. Ahobilam Tours is not liable for lost or stolen items.
- Travelers must be in good physical health, especially for Upper Ahobilam trekking portions.
4. Limitation of Liability
Ahobilam Tours acts as an agent for transportation and accommodation providers. We are not liable for any delays, injuries, or losses caused by third-party service providers or acts of nature.
