1. Advance Payment
A non-refundable advance payment (typically 30% to 50% of the total tour cost, depending on the package) is required to confirm your seat and block your accommodation. The remaining balance must be paid before or on the day of departure, as advised by our team.
2. Mandatory ID Proofs
As per Indian hotel regulations, every adult traveler must provide a valid, original Government-issued Photo ID (Aadhar Card, PAN Card, Passport, or Voter ID) at the time of check-in. Photocopies or digital images on phones are generally not accepted by hotels.
3. Child and Senior Citizen Policies
- Children (5-10 years): Charged at a discounted rate (usually without an extra bed). Children under 5 years may travel free but must share a bed.
- Senior Citizens: We highly recommend informing us of any medical conditions or mobility issues at the time of booking so we can arrange appropriate assistance (e.g., priority jeep seating for Upper Ahobilam).
