We understand that plans can change. Please review our fair and transparent cancellation and refund policy below.
1. Cancellation by the Traveler
- More than 15 days before departure: 100% refund of the advance amount (minus a nominal ₹500 processing fee per person).
- 7 to 14 days before departure: 50% refund of the advance amount.
- Less than 7 days before departure: No refund will be provided, as accommodations and vehicles are pre-booked and non-recoverable.
- No-Show: If a traveler fails to join the tour at the designated pickup point and time, it will be treated as a "No-Show" and no refund will be issued.
2. Cancellation by Ahobilam Tours
In the rare event that we must cancel a tour due to insufficient group size, extreme weather, or unavoidable circumstances, we will offer a 100% refund or the option to reschedule to the next available date without any penalty.
3. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days from the date of the cancellation request.
